About the role:
We are seeking a Quality Analyst to ensure adherence to established quality assurance protocols,
APQP requirements, and industry standards across our manufacturing and automation projects. The
role involves inspections, audits, root cause analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implement established Quality Assurance (QA) protocols/documents for Industrial automation
projects including APQP process requirements.
2. Conduct Incoming Inspection on Inwarded Components, document details & take necessary
corrective actions wherever applicable.
3. Ensure Supplier Inspection report/test report is available prior to Incoming inspection wherever
applicable.
4. Get hold on wiring diagrams and Assembly diagrams of electrical panels.
5. Conduct in-process & Final Inspection which includes functional, performance and safety testing
as applicable.
6. Carry out Inspection after re-work & release.
7. Incase of any deviations obtain superior approval prior to proceeding.
8. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement CAPA. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for
failures using different methods like Fish bone Diagram, 5 WHY analysis.
9. Generate QA dashboards & reports.
10. Give Awareness upon QA requirements & safety protocols to production teams as applicable.
11. Gain Knowledge on the Organization processes related to Quality and Information security.
Adopt the same for the department wise activities.
12. Gain knowledge on ERP related to quality processes.
13. Analyse Quality metrics & trends to identify areas for improvement.
14. Effectively participate in project review meeting.
15. Attend and close Audit NCR’s.
16. Ensure to follow calibration process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- 2–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within manufacturing,
industrial automation, or renewable energy.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA preferred.
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools, calibration processes, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in RCA techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Exposure to renewable energy, aerospace, or EV manufacturing projects.
- Certification in ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / Six Sigma is an added advantage.
