Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Electrical Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for electrical design, power distribution, and power systems. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as developing electrical designs, overseeing power distribution systems, and ensuring the proper functioning of power systems. The Senior Electrical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise in electrical engineering.

Job description

1. 1. Responsible for assembly of SCADA Systems, Compact Scada panels, Control panels, Receptacles, Measurement cabinets including wiring.

   2. Responsible for installation and commissioning at wind parks

   3. Responsible for Quality Planning, Project Planning and all the related functions such as Project plan preparation, Project execution, Incoming inspection, In process and Final inspection

   4. Provide inputs for preparation of quality plan and PFMEA.

   5. Acquire knowledge on APQP & PPAP documentation and process.

   6. Responsible for Electrical Projects including installation, reception and configuration of servers, networks and other equipment's

   7. Maintain shop floor discipline.

   8. Inventory Management and sales order creation using ERP.

   9. Responsible for troubleshoot and repair of systems and software

   10. Data communication Management

   11. Team handling

   12. Travel to client places and wind parks/substation for commission/ trouble shooting

   13. Provide remote access support to clients as required

   14. Any additional responsibilities as assigned by your Manager.

   15. Experience in automation system of Schneider relays.

   16. Experience in installation of RTU, testing and commissioning.

   17. Operation and Maintance of HT/LT Panels of 33/11KV Subsatation and its associated switchgear low voltage.

   18. Erection, Testing and Commissioning of DTRs (16, 25, 63, 100KVA) Substation & lines. Responsible of taking approvals from various forest, road agencies for tree & road cutting in their jurisdiction.

   19. Store and Material management , Sub-Contractor Management

   20. Subcontractor billing , Material reconciliation ,Joint Measurement ,Clint Billing

   21. Participating in project review meetings, departmental meetings & client review

   22. Daily inspection ofsite Checking the quality of work , Updating the execution progress to client on daily basis and attending the review meetings with clients and local administration.

   23. Preparation of Work completion reports and Handing over Documents.

   24. Hardworking forsuccessful completion of the project with a Thrust on safety measures.

   25. Survey of the works, lines considering the minimum losses and preparation of single line line-drawings statutory verification & certification of on-site quantities (BOQ review).

   26. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and Shortlist Subcontractors & coordination with site staff for site activities, work

   
   

   Experience

   1. You should have minimum experience of 3+ years in domain of Electrical Engineering along with bachelors degree in Electronics/Telecommunication/Instrumentation/ etc
   2. Technical knowledge of IT and Industrial Knowledge System will be additionally preferred
   3. Good communication/presentation skills
   4. MS Office tools and good proficiency in MS Excel
